Not likin’ what you’re seein’ ? No worries !

I’m taking a Law of Attraction Master Practitioners certification course right now.  Loving it, and thought I’d share a reflection and reminder.

If you don’t like something that’s happening  in your life, take a look at what kind of thoughts you’ve been having in the day’s, weeks, and months before the thing started happening.  Be brutally honest with yourself here.

I think you’ll find that you were cranking out some pretty negative stuff related to the subject at hand.  Know that what you’re experiencing in your current “reality” is merely a result of previous vibrations and emotions.  That’s all it is.

Figure out what the opposite thing is that you DO want and focus totally on that or on the emotional state that you want to be feeling instead.

Is someone ruining your day?  I bet you complain about him/her, think about it all the time, visualize it over and over, and even project into the future how they will screw up your life.  Bitch, bitch, moan, and groan.

Way to manifest baby!  You’ll be  experiencing more anger, frustration, and suffering in future days to be sure.  It’s absolutely guaranteed.  Universal Laws never turn off.

It’s how many of us go through our lives and wonder why the hell life sucks.

Get your head in the game, people, and start to focus on all the kind people,words, and actions that you’ve received (even memories from the past work wonderfully),  and crank on the feeling of those things with gratitude.  You’ll stop attracting assholes into your life.

The great news is…you don’t even have to focus on something specifically related to that incident or person, (sometimes that’s way too hard).  Just get your mind onto happy thoughts to raise your vibration.  And see only kind, loving, fun, happy people in your life and say “Thank you” for them, knowing that they are coming and start to expect them and watch for who they are and where they will come from.

It’s a really fun game and exciting way to go through your life.

Stop singing the “Victim Blues” and own the fact that your thoughts and emotions are creating every little thing in your life. While that may be a tough pill to swallow, when you do, you become FREE.  It means that just as you created something, you can uncreate something.

Only you can change the circumstances of your life, cuz only you create them, and that’s an awesome thing…you don’t like something?…change your focus and change the experience…”Victim” no more.  Now THAT’s something to celebrate
